REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of professional accounting and advisory services, all services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All services are clearly defined at the time of purchase, including scope, deliverables, and limitations.
• Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes may vary based on the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the client.

Cancellations (Before Work Begins)

Clients may request cancellation prior to the start of work. If no work has been performed, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.

Work in Progress

Once work has begun, refunds will not be issued for any completed or partially completed services. In certain cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or account credit.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to working toward a fair resolution.

Account Credits
We reserve the right to offer account credits in place of refunds at our discretion.
